We would love for you to be satisfied with our service. Still, if a product does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it.

Please send us in advance by mail your complaint or return request and the reason.

So that we can assign the return, please indicate the order or customer number.

In the sense of environmental friendliness, missing, damaged or exchanged articles from delivered orders under a value of goods of 10.00 € cannot be resent individually.

We will be happy to enclose items with a value of less than 10,00€ to your next order or to your Renke-Box. Alternatively, we can send you the exchanged item in advance at your expense. If you do not wish a subsequent delivery, you can choose between a voucher to your customer account, a bank transfer or a PayPal refund. Please enter your bank account details or PayPal address.

Of course we will try to process your request as soon as possible.
