Today we'll show you how you can quickly and easily fold a small, magical box. Especially during Advent, you always have little things that you want to lovingly wrap and give away.
What material you need:
-
1x sheet of design paper (cut 23 x 21 cm)
-
Folding pen
- Paper cutter with folding board
- Ruler or drawing triangle
- An eyelet with a washer
- Eyelet punch
- Pencil and eraser
- Scissors
-
Ribbons or an Elastic Ribbon for closure
And it's that easy:
Step 1
The design paper is recorded and cut according to the drawing. Use your set square to help you and slant the adhesive tabs by 1 cm at both ends. If you like, you can round off the front closure with the help of scissors.
You can then refold all the lines. Make sure that the printed side of your design paper is on the outside.
step 2
For the closure we chose an eyelet with a rubber rope. Make sure you use a solid surface for this step.
To do this, first mark a point in the middle, approx. 1 cm from the edge and then punch a hole using the eyelet punch.
To do this, pull up the back part of the “pen” and let it snap down.
Then you push the pin through the hole and place the ring on the other side of the paper. Now take the other side of the punch and let the back part with the spring snap down.

step 3
Now you can glue the box together. The tips of the triangular side parts must point inwards.
After the box is glued together and filled, you can close it with a rubber band.
Now you can decorate the box with a pretty pendant or something similar, there are no limits to your imagination!
We hope you enjoy crafting.
