Paper Cutters, often also referred to as Guillotine Cutters, trim effortlessly paper, carton and even vinyl and felt to the required size. We were completely persuaded by this Vaessen machine, when we were even able to cut fine tissue paper. Due to its protective cover which is used to fix the paper while cutting, fingers are kept safe and the paper is kept clean of spots during the process.
