A gauze tape is a fine little helper that only develops its effect over time. A must-have, especially for bookbinders.
Stitching gauze is a fabric that is flexible enough on one side to allow a book to be opened easily and robust enough on the other to hold the pages in place and protect the spine from damage. It ensures the durability and strength of a book that is often and gladly leafed through.
The gauze is easy to work with. Cut a piece to the desired size and then apply the piece to the spine with book glue.
